Your support helps Evangelism Global proclaim Jesus Christ, make disciples, plant churches, train local leaders, and serve communities. Contributions also help cover the essential operational costs necessary to carry out and sustain this work.

Rather than operating with fixed spending percentages, Evangelism Global follows a priority-based approach to financial stewardship.

Our first responsibility is to meet essential legal, administrative, and operational obligations so the ministry can function responsibly. We then prioritize providing reasonable financial support for those serving in full-time ministry. Caring for the people carrying out the mission is essential to sustaining the work itself.

After these priorities are addressed, available resources are directed toward evangelism, discipleship, training, outreach events, community projects, and other ministry initiatives.

Because we operate according to priorities rather than fixed percentages, the proportion spent in each category changes depending on donations received and current ministry needs. As giving increases, relatively stable administrative expenses may represent a smaller percentage of the overall budget. We welcome questions about actual expenditures.

Evangelism Global does not determine salaries based on a percentage of donations or organizational revenue.

Instead, we consider the reasonable financial needs of those serving in ministry, the responsibilities of their positions, and the resources available. We believe ministers should be supported sufficiently to care for themselves and their families without compensation becoming an opportunity for personal enrichment.

Compensation decisions are made by our board of directors. Our president does not determine his own salary or independently set compensation for others, and he does not sign his own checks.

Yes. If you would like to support a specific ministry initiative, missionary, or project, please contact us before giving. We would be happy to discuss available opportunities, current needs, and any applicable restrictions on designated contributions.

We believe financial integrity requires transparency, responsible oversight, and accountability beyond any single individual.

A bookkeeper manages our financial records, records donations, and reconciles our books. A board member serving as treasurer provides an additional level of oversight, reviewing records and helping ensure everything is properly prepared for our accountant. An outside, independent CPA handles our required financial and tax filings.

Our president does not manage the bookkeeping or independently control these financial processes. The board of directors determines compensation and approves major expenditures. Ordinary day-to-day operational expenses may be handled without separate board approval.

We seek to make ministry decisions prayerfully, through biblical discernment, responsible planning, and consultation with appropriate ministry leadership.

We recognize that leadership involves both spiritual responsibility and practical stewardship. Significant financial decisions and major expenditures require approval from our board of directors. We seek to make decisions that are faithful to Scripture and beneficial to the long-term health of the ministry and those we serve.

We believe that spiritual accountability is essential for everyone serving in Christian leadership, regardless of position.

Our leaders maintain ongoing relationships of discipleship, encouragement, correction, and accountability with other leaders. Our president regularly checks in with ministry leaders and conducts weekly discipleship and spiritual accountability meetings with some of our missionaries.

He is also personally accountable to leaders who provide spiritual oversight, counsel, and correction in his own life. We value humility, integrity, biblical faithfulness, and a willingness to receive correction.

Evangelism Global works alongside missionaries and local ministry leaders serving in different parts of the world.

Some missionaries serve directly under our organization and receive financial support through the ministry. Others are independent missionaries and ministry partners with whom we collaborate in advancing the Gospel.

Our relationships are built around a shared commitment to evangelism, discipleship, church planting, and serving communities. We seek to support those called to ministry while equipping local believers to become spiritually mature, effective, and increasingly capable of sustaining and multiplying ministry within their own communities.

Long-Term Missions

We welcome believers who sense God's calling to serve in missions and desire to explore opportunities with Evangelism Global. Effective missions require more than willingness alone; they call for spiritual maturity, biblical understanding, practical preparation, and a heart to serve others. We seek to provide appropriate discipleship, training, and preparation before sending missionaries into the field.

Short-Term Mission Trips

We are actively exploring opportunities for believers and ministry partners to participate in short-term trips alongside our overseas teams. We want these opportunities to align with our ministry values, strengthen local churches and leaders, and contribute meaningfully to the communities we serve.

Short-term missions should also be an opportunity for spiritual growth and mutual discipleship. Those who participate should come not only prepared to give, but also ready to receive, learn, and be shaped by the Lord through the wisdom, faith, and experiences of local believers. We desire genuine partnerships in which believers from different cultures encourage, strengthen, and equip one another.

We want to see disciples making other disciples, believers growing in the fruit of the Spirit, churches being established and strengthened, and local leaders becoming equipped to train and disciple others. We also look for evidence that individuals and communities are increasingly ordering their lives according to biblical priorities.

Our desire is to see lasting transformation and multiplication that continues long after our direct involvement has decreased.

We believe one of the most effective ways to advance the Gospel is to equip local believers to lead, disciple others, plant churches, and serve their own communities.

Our goal is not to create permanent dependence on outside missionaries or organizations. Instead, we seek to develop mature leaders who can exercise biblical leadership, train others, make responsible decisions, and sustain ministry within their own cultural context.

We want to build healthy, interdependent relationships in which believers and churches support one another without becoming unnecessarily dependent on us for leadership, accountability, or financial resources.

We believe effective missions should empower communities rather than create unnecessary dependence. Our approach is influenced by biblical principles of discipleship, stewardship, and community development, including ideas discussed in the book When Helping Hurts.

For example, if a community needs a school, we would rather equip and support local people to build it than simply bring in an outside team to do all the work. If outside expertise is needed, we prefer that visiting workers train local people so they gain valuable skills and experience.

Similarly, rather than organizing a children's soccer camp ourselves, we would prefer to help local leaders learn how to organize and lead the camp. Our desire is not merely to accomplish a project, but to leave communities stronger and better equipped than when we arrived.

No. Our goal is not to reproduce our own culture, preferences, or organizational methods in every community where we serve.

We seek to help believers faithfully follow Jesus Christ and apply the teachings of Scripture within their own cultural context. Just as a parent raises a child toward maturity rather than permanent dependence, we desire to help local leaders grow into responsible, spiritually mature leadership.

We do not want to micromanage their decisions or require them to do everything exactly as we would. We seek to provide biblical foundations, discipleship, encouragement, and practical training while allowing local leaders to develop approaches appropriate to their communities.

Our ultimate desire is to see healthy, reproducing churches and mature Christian leaders who are dependent upon Christ rather than upon our organization.
